AHT goes to Mayfair!

Shimmerheat Ltd an authorized AHT distributor in the UK, through the hard work of its Managing Director Mr David Sales, has secured a contract for the supply and installation of the AHT electric underfloor heating system in a luxurious project in Mayfair, London.

The project is managed by The Chorus Group and The Grosvenor Estates, who are currently undertaking alterations and sympathetic refurbishment of a building located in 30 North Audley Street in London’s exclusive Mayfair district. The £7.8m scheme comprises the alteration and refurbishment of the property, both internally and externally. The scheme will provide luxury apartments for both sale and rental on the upper floors, with provision for a restaurant on the ground floor.
