We are pleased to announce that A.H.T. Australia Pty located in Melbourne, Australia has formally started its operation as of today the 18th of June 2013. Our new company will provide all the necessary support and prompt and efficient service at all levels of the supply chain in the Australian and New Zeeland markets, such as distributors, agents, builders, installers, end users etc. The formation of AHT Australia underlines our commitment to the 6th Continent which is developing at a rapid pace compared to our home base of Europe and which offers us tremendous challenges and opportunities. Furthermore it establishes AHT as a truly international group spanning all continents with significant global presence. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome officially the directors of AHT Australia Pty. Mr. Michael Koutrouzas, Mrs. Tina Koutrouzas and Mr. Gunter Schramek.

Mr. Michael Koutrouzas, Senior Investment Advisor for Bell Potter Securities has over 22 years experience in global financial markets and investments. He has served as Senior Investment Advisor for various financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. Prior to entering the world of finance, Michael worked as a Petroleum Geologist and Reservoir Engineer. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geology and Applied Finance and Investments. He is a regular and well-respected stock market and economic commentator for 3XY Radio (Melbourne, Australia) and SBS Radio Australia. He has in the past been a regular guest speaker for the Australian Stock Exchange and Securities Institute of Australia.

Mrs. Tina Koutrouzas holds an MBA from Suffolk University (Boston, MA) and a Bachelor of Science in Production Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology (New York, NY). She has worked in various industries including Textile Production and Design, Real Estate, Medical Education, and E-Commerce. Her experience includes positions such as Southeast and Caribbean Regional Director for Compass Medical Education Network (Miami, FL) and Executive Assistant to the CEO of Federation Square Management, Melbourne Australia’s premier civic centre and cultural precinct.

Mr. Gunter Schramek is a Certified Building Practitioner who has been in the building and construction industry for the past 39 years and is the owner and operator of Ellington Design Building Excellence Pty Ltd and Elite Door and Tap Hardware Pty Ltd. Ellington Design Building Excellence is one of Australia’s most respected residential, commercial, industrial and medical building companies and works exclusively on architecturally designed projects. Elite Door and Tap Hardware is a retail hardware outlet that has assisted builders and home renovators for over 12 years to make informed decisions in purchasing the right fixtures and fittings to complete their projects.

Michael, Tina and Gunter share a passion for building relationships with centers of influence, cooperative partners and other valued networks. They are the driving force behind AHT Australia and its team!
